Indika Roshan Fernando, aged around 32, is the eldest son of Mr. L.N.U Fernando after doing B.Sc. (Business Administration) he entered into business and take control over finance, administration and taxation.

Nuwan Nishantha Fernando, aged around 30, is the younger son of Mr.L.N.U.Fernando. After doing B.Sc. (S/W Eng.) and Advance Diploma in Project Managemeent, he entered into construction business and took charge of civil and designing division. Nuwan has 8 years experience in a various fields of construction. Nuwan has completed many extra courses including but not limited to Advanced Building Construction, Drafting, Estimating, Site management and Work Place Health & Safety Officer courses. Nuwan's experience ranges from small residential extensions through to million rupees commercial and residential projects. Nuwan has had experience in all roles during his career which gives him great insight and he is currently Unitechecon's Project Manager.

Mrs. P.I.Silva , aged around 58, is the wife of Mr.L.N.U.Fernando. She took charge of all Human resource division.
